What happens with my data after my free trial ends?
It’s your data so, you can export it at any time. Once your 14-day free trial ends, we will store your zistemo content on our highly-secured servers in Switzerland for 60 days. After the 60-day timeframe ends, if you haven’t picked a paid plan, all the data available in your free trial account will be deleted.
Is my data safe with you?
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) – encryption protocol which includes all the information you exchange with us. Therefore, we use Swiss bank-level security standards to keep your sensitive information safe. What is a “user”?
A zistemo “user” is any staff member with a dedicated user role in your business account. Such user account roles are: account owner, administrator, team leader and team member. Any external collaborators, such as clients, tax consultants and suppliers are not considered “users”.
