How to buy a zistemo subscription?
If you are currently taking advantage of a free trial period, click on the ‘Upgrade’ button at the bottom of the account home page.
You can also click on your name at the top of the account home page, then ➝ open the tab “Subscription”:
Here you can choose the needed plan: Starter, Professional or Enterprise. You can pay the subscription by using a credit card or PayPal. As soon as your card payment is authorized, you will able to start using your chosen zistemo plan.

On the subscription plans page – choose the plan and click ‘Sign up’.
Then insert your billing address, credit card information and click ‘Make Payment’.
or insert your billing address and open the tab “PayPal”.
Next, click the blue “PayPal” button and follow the steps.
Important: payments will be charged automatically every 30 days following the purchase of your first subscription.
You are always able to upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
Note: For new registered companies from Russia and Ukraine – USD is the default currency for the subscription plans.
If you purchase a new subscription and you are due to a refund, please contact our support center. Our support team will be happy to help.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
To change an active subscription, go to My Profile Settings (click on your name at the top of the page) ➝ open “Subscription” tab ➝ click “Change Plan” link:
Here you can choose a new plan.
How do I update my credit card details?
If you would like to change the credit card used for paying the subscription, go to My Profile (click on your name at the top of the page) ➝ Subscription.
Here you can change Credit Card Details or update a Billing Address:
Change to annual/yearly subscription
If you want to change to a yearly subscription you have to account owner. Go to your profile/subscription and go to “change plan”:
After that, switch to yearly plan and upgrade your current plan to annual billing:
If you have more than 20 users on the Enterprise plan, the additional user won’t get lost. They’ll be billed yearly as well, you can see it afterwards on you subscription page.
