By default the Scheduler is made to plan by days. However, this might not be suitable for all companies/teams. You can also enable weekly planning to only schedule time tickets to weeks instead of days.
To do so, you can change to weekly planning directly on the scheduler…
…or on settings/preferences/scheduler
If you change from daily to weekly planning each time ticket will be kept in the same week. Since there’ll be no longer days for scheduling you can only schedule it per week (e.g. calendar week 51).
If you change from weekly to daily planning each time ticket will be kept in the same week. The system checks if a time ticket can be put to any day (e.g. when changing back and fourth), otherwise it puts the time ticket to the first day of the week (e.g. Monday).
Show Scheduler Log
You can review in the scheduler logs who made changes to the scheduler settings (plan by week or day).
