If you want to store your company’s general email (e.g. info@… or invoice@…) on zistemo you can do that on the company profile. 
By default it takes the Account Owner’s email address but can overwrite it without changing the Account Owner’s email. Once you set up a company email address you can use it to send documents (invoices, estimates, retainers, etc.) from zistemo.
When changing the general email address for your zistemo account you have to confirm both the old and new email address to prevent email abuse.
