Sometimes it could happen that email you sent from zistemo end up in spam. In this case we recommend to whitelabel you zistemo domain. However, maybe your IT don’t allow to whitelabel your zistemo domain. For this case you can use “firstname.lastname@example.org” as email address for sending documents (invoice, estimate, retainer, etc.), user invitations and notifications. Just go to Settings/Company Profile/Company Information and activate “Send estimates, invoices, payment notification invitations from email@example.com”.
Your customer/staff will see that the email was sent from “firstname.lastname@example.org” but can easily answer to you because of the “reply to” field. In most mail systems it takes automatically the “reply to” field is someone replies to an email.
