Sometimes it could happen that email you sent from zistemo end up in spam. In this case we recommend to whitelabel you zistemo domain. If a domain authentication is not possible, you can use “do-not-reply@zistemo.com” as email address for sending documents (invoice, estimate, retainer, etc.), user invitations and notifications. Just go to Settings/Company Profile/Company Information and activate “Send estimates, invoices, payment notification invitations from do-not-reply@zistemo.com”.

If activated you can select on email the “reply to” field but not the “from” field.

Your customer/staff will see that the email was sent from “do-not-reply@zistemo.com” but can easily answer to you because of the “reply to” field. In most mail systems it takes automatically the “reply to” field is someone replies to an email.
