On zistemo you can write comments to project tasks. On those comments you could mentoin project members. To do so, you just need to write “@” and it promptly suggesting project members to mentoin.
You could also continue writing the person’s name to limit the suggested user list according to the person’s name.
The person that have been mentoined on a task will receive an email and can see it on their inbox. To receive the note on Slack, you have to enable the slack integration for that project. Here’s how to add a project to Slack ➜
Please note that it could take up to 10 seconds to receive the notification on Slack and emails are sent every 10 minutes (e.g. 12:10, 12:20, 12:30…).
