On zistemo you can sync projects from zistemo to Trello. This might be helpful if you e.g. create a project out of an estimate in zistemo but want to manage the project in Trello. To do so, please make sure that you have your Trello account connected to zistemo. Learn here how to connect your Trello account to zistemo
Also, you might to renew the integration to Trello (if you had an integration before). You know you need to renew the integration when you cannot see the “create on Trello” button even you have a working Trello integration. To renew your integration you need to disable it and add the integration to Trello again. If you have any projects with logged hours form Trello these projects will be the same after you added the new integration (please don’t make any manual changes to Trello projects while the integration is disabled). Projects with no logged hours will be deleted. After you renewed the Trello integration you can create projects on Trello.
Please note this is only possible to projects that are managed in zistemo, you can’t create projects in Trello that are already managed on Trello, Jira or Asana.
Next, you need to select the Trello workspace (teams) where the project should be created. Usually, that are the workspaces (teams) you have access. Learn more about Trello Teams
After that, you need to select privacy to the project. Do you want to share the project with the selected workspace or should it be private to you? Learn more about project permissions on Trello.
When click on create all tasks and subtasks will be transferred to Trello.
Please consider that after you created the project in Trello, you can no longer manage tasks or staff on zistemo, it needs to be done in Trello. Also, it could be that current assignments from zistemo might get lost by synchronization because assignments will be managed on Trello
