As an HR Admin you have access to all absence calendars of your company. You can see all vacations and absences in the user’s absence calendar. But you can’t see draft absences. However you can add other absences for the user and in case the are overlaps with draft absences, the draft absences will be deleted automatically. You will see this notification if this happens.
This might be useful if e.g. a user planed absences as customer visits or other off-site activities and gets sick. So, you as an HR Admin going to add the user’s sick leave to the absence calendar by overwriting these absences.
