Payments
When you record invoice payments (more on “how to add a payment” is available here ), one of the required fields is “Payment Method”. To simplify things, zistemo stores the last method you used, so when you create a new payment, the most recent payment method will show up in this field.
Invoice Wizard
If you generate an invoice for a project (learn “how to generate an invoice” by clicking here), you can choose to customize time entries view within the invoice. zistemo also stores this data so you don’t have to customize it each time – you will always see the last-used settings by default.
Reports
If you have used some report filters the last time, zistemo will use these filters the next time when you open this report:
