If you want to create a Purchase Order with tasks and Items from the existing Invoice or Estimate, you can simply do it by choosing any Invoices (Estimates) and clicking on the ‘Create Purchase Order’ option from the end-of-line drop-down menu:
Now all tasks and items with their price and amount will be copied to your Purchase Order:
